Our mobile counselling service allows you to get counselling and support services where you feel most comfortable.
When you book your session, ensure that you have a quiet space you can speak freely.
If home isn’t a good place for you to do that, we can also arrange to meet for coffee, or a local library.
at reflex, we do one thing well, and that’s
We’ve been doing it for five years now, with services throughout Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, and the Central Coast.
As a charity that specialises in trauma counselling and recovery, no trouble is too complex or daunting, and no client is beyond hope. Trauma doesn’t hold back, so neither do we.
Our techniques are honed by the latest research, and the outcomes we achieve with our clients.
Every paid session helps us bring services to people
who don’t have the resources to get the help they need.
If you are currently experiencing financial hardship, please let us know and we can chat about our subsidised options.
We accept payment via cash, card, and direct deposit.
If you require change, please inform us ahead of time so our counsellor knows how much to bring with them.
If you don’t have a place in your home you can chat privately, we can meet people in local community spaces, libraries, parks, and cafes.
For counselling services, we require a quiet, private space without others present. The lounge room or a study is ideal. We do not see clients in bedrooms.
If your NDIS is Plan Managed, we can issue an invoice to your plan manager and get paid through the NDIS.
Our rates are in line with the current NDIS price guide for Counselling Services.
No, Medicare does not cover services provided by counsellors.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If we do not receive notice of your cancellation, we will charge you our regular fee.
If you need an emergency appointment, and there isn’t any time open in our booking service, please feel free to use the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. If you or a loved one are currently at risk, please contact emergency services on 000.
