We accept payment via cash, card, and direct deposit. If you require change, please inform us ahead of time so our counsellor knows how much to bring with them.
What if I don't have a place to chat privately?
If you don't have a place in your home you can chat privately, we can meet people in local community spaces, libraries, parks, and cafes.
What sort of space do you need?
For counselling services, we require a quiet, private space without others present. The lounge room or a study is ideal. We do not see clients in bedrooms.
Can I use your services through the NDIS?
If your NDIS is Plan Managed, we can issue an invoice to your plan manager and get paid through the NDIS. Our rates are in line with the current NDIS price guide for Counselling Services.
Are your services covered by Medicare?
Counselling services are not covered by Medicare.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If we do not receive notice of your cancellation, we will charge you our regular fee.
Do you have female counsellors?
At this time, we do not have female counsellors. If you would like your counsellor to attend with a female chaperone, please feel free to let us know, and we'll do what we can to accommodate your request.
