What payment types do you take?
We accept cash and card. If paying by cash, please tell us at the time of booking how much change your counsellor needs to bring with them.
What if I don't have a place in my home I can chat?
If you don't have a place in your home you can chat, we can arrange to meet at a local coffee shop, library, park, or other community space.
Can I use your services through the NDIS?
Yes. If your Improved Daily Living stream is plan managed, we can issue an invoice to your plan manager and be paid through the NDIS.
Are services covered by Medicare?
No. Counselling services are not covered by Medicare.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If we do not receive notice of your cancellation, we will charge you our regular fee.
What sort of space do you need to see someone?
For counselling services, we require a quiet, private space without others present. The lounge room or a study is ideal. We do not see clients in bedrooms.
Do you have female counsellors?
At this time, we do not have female counsellors. If you would like your counsellor to attend with a female chaperone, please feel free to let us know, and we'll do what we can to accommodate your request.
