Aftermath Support

Our trauma specialists support people in the immediate aftermath of traumatic events and help them understand what’s happening, find the right support and work out what comes next.

We’re not a mental health crisis line.
But if you’ve just been through something hard, we’re the next call you make.

Usually, the aftermath lasts longer than the event.

Our counsellors provide trauma-informed support in a way that works for you in your own space, at your own pace.
